What this site collects, why, and what happens to it.

Last updated October 3, 2026

## Who we are

Elevate Learning Solutions LLC is an education practice in Houston, TX. Questions about this policy can go to hello@elevatelearns.com.

## What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name and email address, and, if you include them, who the help is for, what you would like help with, your phone number, preferred language and message.

We collect nothing else about you through this site. There are no accounts, no advertising profiles, and no cookies of our own.

Your browser keeps two small notes for us in its own storage: whether our invitation to get in touch has appeared during this visit, and, once you close it, follow it or send a message, to wait a month before showing it again. Both stay on your device.

## How we use it

Only to reply to you and, if you choose to work with us, to arrange sessions. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

## Services that handle it for us

Cloudflare hosts this site and protects it from abuse. Like any web server, it briefly processes your IP address. To stop spam, the contact form counts recent messages from each address for about a minute, and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a person is sending them.

Cloudflare also delivers contact form messages to our inbox, which Google hosts (Gmail).

Calendly runs the calendar on our booking page and handles what you enter there, and the cookies it sets, under its own privacy policy. The calendar loads only when you scroll to it.

Our About page shows films from YouTube. Their still images come from YouTube’s image servers, which see your IP address as any website would. A film loads only when you press play, from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced service, under YouTube’s own privacy policy.

If we measure visits to this site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or follow you across other sites.

## How long we keep it

Messages stay in our email for as long as we need them to serve you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

## Children

This site is written for parents and adult learners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If a child has contacted us, a parent can ask us to delete what they sent.

## Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to hello@elevatelearns.com. We will respond within 30 days.

## Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
