Common questions
Does my child need to be fluent in both languages?
No. Some learners understand Spanish but rarely speak it, some move easily between the two, and some are just starting Spanish. We begin where your learner is.
Does reading in Spanish help with English?
Yes. Reading skills carry from one language to the other, so what a learner builds in Spanish strengthens their English too, and the other way round.
Can you help with school assignments too?
Yes. Sessions can include current schoolwork, though the emphasis stays on building lasting skills rather than finishing tonight’s homework.
What if we only want instruction in one language?
Then sessions are in that language. Many families choose one.
